In addition to training and other formal learning events, the way that learning is embedded in the workplace is an important consideration for organisations. To support those living, working or volunteering in Shropshire to develop skills, knowledge and competency, we're developing a range of tools and resources including 'reflective learning logs' and assessment workbooks.
